2016-17 Winter Steelhead: I suspect this year is going to be good. A lot have been caught already while salmon fishing, Its a good sign.
FREE FISHING TRIP: I've had an APP and I will continue to be giving a free fishing trip every 50 downloads. Go to your phones APP Store and search "nomads fishing" or if you are viewing this from your smartphone, click or copy this link qrs.ly/b54wib7. Be sure to accept the SMS notofications. That is how I will notify you of deals and if you win. Once you enter the drawing you will be entered into every drawing I have.
Bottom Fishing: Is always good. Getting limits of Ling Cod is normal. I started running them last year becasue Spring Salmon was so slow and I would rather get a lot of these fish than one or two salmon. I did a DYI out of Newport Oregon with Lunker Junkies T.V. We limited out in about 1.5 hours with 8 ling cod and released about 12 others. The sea bass were really active as well. see the video below.
Summer/Fall Salmon Chinook salmon run was forecast to be a banner year. Coho not so much. It was not a banner year untill they moved into the river then it god good
NEW BOAT / The new boat is awesome. What a difference having that big a platform to work out of. I love. it
